How do I find out the delivery price?
Choose the pickup and delivery cities on the "Request Delivery" page and send the request on WhatsApp. We'll reply with a price based on the two cities and the shipment size.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the distance between the two cities and the pickup time. We confirm it with you before we pick up the shipment.
Do you pick up from my location?
Yes. We arrange a time with you to collect the shipment from your location within the city.
What items can't be shipped?
We don't accept hazardous or flammable materials, or anything prohibited by regulations. If you're unsure about your shipment, ask us before sending.
My city isn't listed. What can I do?
We're expanding our coverage. Message us on WhatsApp with your city and we'll let you know as soon as the service is available there.
